Return Period
30-Day Return Window: You can return products within 30 days of delivery.
Products must be in original, unopened condition with all packaging, tags, and accessories intact. This ensures we can resell the item to another customer.
How to Return
Follow these simple steps to return your order:

Go to your dashboard and navigate to "My Orders"

Click on the order containing the item you want to return

Request Return
Click "Request Return" and provide a reason for the return

Get Approval
Once approved, you'll receive return instructions via email and WhatsApp

Ship It Back
Package the item securely in original packaging and ship it to the provided address
Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your return:

Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after we receive your return
Refund Method
Refund will be issued to your original payment method (same card/UPI/wallet)
Shipping Charges
Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the product is defective or damaged
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Custom or Personalized Products:
Items made to your specifications cannot be returned
- Opened Paint Containers:
Paint products that have been opened or used
- Damaged by Misuse:
Items damaged due to improper handling or use
- Items Without Original Packaging:
Products returned without original boxes, tags, or accessories
